Community Engagement is the heart of People Like Me’s outreach efforts. This program provides opportunities for individuals, families, and groups to come together, share resources, and make a collective difference in the community.
What We Provide:
- Voter Registration & Education: Helping community members understand their voting rights and register to vote.
- Community Conversations: Facilitating discussions on important issues like mental health, social justice, and education reform.
- Community Giveaways: Distributing essential items like school supplies, coats, shoes, and hygiene products to those in need.
- Youth Summits: Interactive events that educate and inspire young people to become leaders and change-makers.
- Food and Clothing Drives: Providing basic necessities to individuals and families facing financial hardships.
- Volunteer Opportunities: Encouraging individuals to give back by supporting our events, programs, and outreach efforts.
